Welcome Friends New and Not-so-new! My blog is a chance for us to connect with one another and to this beautiful world that we share. I want to wander off the beaten path and I'd love some company for the trail.
You'll find that I touch on all kinds of topics, but there are some regular themes that crop up again and again. I love music, wine, and traveling so I have to hit those. I also want to champion people doing wonderful things- especially strong women making their mark. Lastly, I will hit politics. I was brought up with the edict, "never talk about religion or politics." In my mind though, we have forgotten how to disagree with respect and kindness, so I invite you to agree or to disagree as religion and/or politics will come up.
